The role is mainly for a J-Unit testing in which the candidate will be taking care of all testing activities using mainly J-Unit.
Desired Profile
• Strong knowledge on QA processes and methodology, with ability to create excellent test plans and test cases. Execute test cases and perform root cause analysis to identify problems in design and/or implementation.
• Knowledge of and ability to code test cases in JUnit and such other test frameworks required. Experience with security testing, performance/load testing and code coverage tools is highly desired
• Knowledge of source control systems (such as CVS) and building using Ant is required. Prior experience with continuous integration tools using Hudson (or equivalent) is preferable.
• Knowledge of database systems (including SQL) is required.•Understanding of OOAD technologies, knowledge of Java and JavaScript are a plus. Understanding of telecom domain (protocols such as SMPP) and network communications is also a plus.• Knowledge of at least one scripting language (such as Unix Shell, Perl, Python, Ruby etc) is preferred.

The Cost-to-Company (CTC), in case of a metro city posting, will be around Rs. 7.60 lakhs per annum inclusive of performance related pay (PRP)
