1) Java Positions - Code: JTL/JSD/JD
Open Positions: Technical Leads (Exp: 7+ Yrs), Senior Developers (Exp: 5+ Yrs) Mid Level Developers (Exp: 3+ Yrs)
Ø  Very Strong in Core Java / J2EE fundamentals.
Ø  Very good analytical skills and problem solving ability a must.
Ø  Should have expertise in the following areas: Spring, Hibernate, Jsf, Wicket, JMS, Web Services, Ajax, Struts and typical tools of J2EE.
Ø  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ø  Should be hands-on in Java, J2EE, framework and tools.
Ø  Very Strong Oracle Database Skills are essential.
Ø  Working Experience with Agile Development Practices like SCRUM.
Ø  Should be Technically Hands-On AND Good team management Skills.
Ø  Should have experience in managing multiple projects with end to end delivery model.
2) Dot Positions – Code: DTL/DSD/DD
Open Positions: Technical Leads (Exp: 7+ Yrs), Senior Developers (Exp: 5+ Yrs) Mid Level Developers (Exp: 3+ Yrs)
Ø  Very Strong in ASP.NET 3.0/3.5, C#, VS.net, WCF, Silver light, LINQ, WPF, WF, AJAX
Ø  Strong at SQL Server 2005/2008 with SSIS & SSRS
Ø  Very good analytical sills and problem solving ability a must
Ø  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ø  Exposure in jQuery, SVN and Entity Framework is preferred.
3) Flex Developers (Exp: 3+ Years) - Code: Flex
Ø  Should have good experience on Flex 3.0
Ø  Should have good experience working on presentation layer.
Ø  Should have experience on integration with Flex and Java.
Ø  Should have experience in RPC and Web services.
Ø  Knowledge in Cairngorm Framework is preferred.
Ø  Experience in Data Servers like Blaze DS/LCDS is preferred.
Ø  Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
4) QA Engineer (Exp: 2 – 5Yrs) - Code: QA
Ø  Strong manual tester on flex, air or any RIA application testing
Ø  Nice to have working experience on web services and SOA.
Ø  Should be having working experience in Agile Methodology like SCRUM.
Ø  Need to know Intranet, and Extranet.
Ø  Must have Client facing experience (Pref: Client interaction exp)
Ø  Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
5) QA Automation developer (Exp: 2 – 5Yrs) - Code: AQA

Ø  Should Have 2+ Years experience.
Ø  Must have at least 1 years of development experience on Java or C#.
Ø  Experience in QTP, Fitnesse, Selenium, Hudson.
Ø  Need to have experience on Open source testing tools.
Ø  Writing test cases and documentation.
Ø  Good analytical skills.
Ø  Good communication skills
6) PL/SQL Developers (Exp: 3 - 5 Years) - Code: PLSQL
Ø  Strong at SQL, PL/Sql programming.
Ø  Should have good experience on Query tuning, triggers, stored procedures, Adhoc Reports, Data Modeling.
Ø  Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
7) C++ Developers on Linux (Exp: 2 - 4Years) - Code: CPP
Ø  Should have Strong experience on C, C++ Programming Experience on Linux.
Ø  Should be strong at SQL Database
Ø  Very good analytical skills and problem solving ability a must
Ø  Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
8) Senior Mainframes Professionals (Exp: 4+ Yrs) - Code: MFSD
Ø  Should have Minimum of 4+ years of Experience on Mainframes.
Ø  Excellent Communication Skills and Must have worked with US Clients.
Ø  Strong analytical skills
Ø  OS-390 / Z os, COBOL-4 and / or COBOL -2, APS COBOL, JCL (Should be excellent), DB2 / Teradata.
Ø  Good Experience with IMS DB.
Ø  Good Experience with PANVALET, Platinum Tools (Exp. With similar tools will be good), ABEND AID.
Ø  Viasoft & CICS – good to have.
Ø  SMART TEST (Exp. With similar tools will be good) & Good experience with Development, Production Support & Maintenance.
Ø  TSO, ISPF, File 8, CA-7.
Ø  COBOL: Batch and Online Experience.

9) SQL Developers with Dotnet Positions – Code: SSQLD/SQLD
Open Positions: Senior SQL Developers (Exp: 4+ Yrs) Mid Level Developers (Exp: 3+ Yrs)
Ø  Around 4+ yrs of Strong SQL Server Development experience, in Microsoft SQL Server 2005, [or SQL Server 2008 ]
Ø  Good in Database design and able to provide guidance on application data models
Ø  Excellent in writing and optimizing stored procedures, triggers, jobs, functions, views, etc
Ø  Good in SSIS, and SSAS [SQL BI tools, knowledge in cubes and analysis service is preferable]
Ø  Good in Dot Net Web application development with ASP.NET 2.0/3.5, C#, Web Services/ WCF, Ajax etc
Ø  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ø  Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
