- Project planning, tracking and status reporting
- Motivate and mentor team members
- Participate in proposal design and client presentations
- Participate in activities like test process / methodology definitions / enhancements, building a Body of Knowledge, etc
- Experience in Testing Tool – QTP, Clearquest, Borland Silktest, Open STA, Load Runner
