Job Responsibilities: |
- Perform Mainframe Testing for assigned projects.
- Develop and execute test strategy (test plans) and cases to validate business requirements.
- Ensure timely project deliveries as per release plan.
- Take & implement initiatives for test process improvements and quality of work.
- Participate in meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings with onshore/offshore counterparts.
- Ensure compliance with organization and project defined standards and processes.
- Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor.
- Review work and deliverables with reporting supervisor.
- Build a relationship with project stakeholders/business partners

Eligibility Criteria's:
|
- Years of Experience: 1.5 – 2.9 Years.
- Proficient in different kind of Mainframe Testing (System, Integration, Regression).
- Good Working Knowledge of Mainframes (JCL, File AID, DB2).
- Good knowledge of SQL query creation, execution and result verification.
- Plans, writes, develops, executes & verifies test cases.
- Good knowledge of testing tools like Quality Centre/ Test Director is preferable.
- Should be able to work independently and act proactively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills.
