The Accenture Delivery Centers for Technology in India have been growing in the last few years and this would not have been possible without your contribution and active participation in the recruiting process. For each referral that reaches the ‘Pending Skills Screening’ stage, you will win points that we will exchange for gift and dinner vouchers! Every point added can let you win a bigger voucher.

This scheme is valid for certain open positions only and you can refer to the attachment titled ‘Points Scheme Openings – T&C’ for more details.

For open positions that do not feature under this ‘points’ scheme, refer to the attachment titled ‘Non Point Scheme Open Positions.’

In both cases, when your referral comes onboard, you will earn the Talent Scout bonus.

How does one Refer?

  • Please refer to the above attachments.
  • If your friend’s profile matches any of the mentioned requirements, log on tohttps://employeereferrals.accenture.com
  • Search for open demands across the globe by entering - [group title] [location] [level] in the search area.
  • Select the position you want to refer and upload the profile.
  • Once the profile is successfully uploaded – you would get an auto generated mail with a unique CID number for the candidate.
  • You can use the CID number to track the status of the referred candidate.

Talent Scout Help Desk is now part of the myRequests online portal. Henceforth, please log on to the tool,upload your query and we will respond to you through myRequests only.

If the CV already exists from another channel, one will not receive a CID number.
